Welcome to Levnira. The pronouns “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Levnira. This website and its functions, product catalogue and retail services (collectively “Services”) are operated by Levnira, hosted on Shopify infrastructure.

These Terms of Service together with referenced policies lay out your legal rights and obligations while using our Services, including warranty disclaimers and liability‑limitation clauses. By browsing or utilising our Services you accept these Terms plus our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision you must refrain from accessing our platform.

SECTION 1‑ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You warrant you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You grant consent for minor dependents to use our Services on devices under your ownership or management.

When using our Services you may supply email, billing, payment and shipping data. You represent that all submitted information is true, up‑to‑date and complete and you hold full rights to provide such data.

You are fully accountable for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities executed under your account. Account transfer, sale, assignment or licensing to third‑parties is forbidden.

SECTION 2‑OUR PRODUCTS

We take practical steps to accurately represent merchandise online. Nonetheless, screen hardware and display settings may create minor colour or appearance deviations between on‑screen renderings and physical goods. We do not guarantee product appearance and quality will perfectly match webpage depictions. Product descriptions may be revised without prior notice; we reserve rights to discontinue any product at any moment.

SECTION 3‑ORDERS

Order submission constitutes your purchase offer. Levnira retains discretion to accept or decline any order. Your contract of sale only forms once Levnira formally accepts your order, which is conditional upon successful payment processing. Please double‑check your order before submitting; cancellation cannot always be accommodated post‑acceptance.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. You confirm purchases are intended for personal‑household consumption rather than commercial resale or export activity.

SECTION 4‑PRICES AND BILLING

Pricing, discounts and promotions are subject to revision without advance notice. The effective product price is the rate active when you place your order, as reflected in your order‑confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude sales tax, shipping‑handling fees, customs and import levies.

You undertake to furnish accurate, current purchase, payment and account data. You warrant that your card details are authentic, you are authorised to use the payment instrument and you will settle all charges including shipping‑handling fees and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5‑SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping delays. All delivery timelines are estimates without guarantee. We bear no responsibility for hold‑ups caused by carriers, customs procedures or events outside our sphere of influence. Risk of loss and title for goods transfer to you once parcels are handed over to shipping carriers.

SECTION 6‑INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, texts, imagery, graphics, reviews, video‑audio assets within our Services belong to Levnira, its affiliates or licensors and receive copyright‑law protection. These Terms grant you personal non‑commercial usage rights only. Levnira’s brand names, logos, product design marks and slogans are protected trademarks.

SECTION 7‑OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may grant you access to third‑party embedded tools over which we exercise zero oversight or control. You acknowledge such tools are supplied “as‑is” and “as‑available” without warranties of any description. We exclude all liability stemming from your usage of external optional tools.

SECTION 8‑THIRD‑PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain hyperlinks and materials originating from external third‑party websites. We undertake no duty to audit third‑party content and disclaim liability for harm resulting from visiting external platforms.

SECTION 9‑RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Levnira’s retail store is powered by Shopify technology. Nevertheless all purchase‑sale contracts are concluded directly between you and Levnira. You accept that Shopify shall not be held accountable for any aspect of transactions between you and Levnira, including product‑caused damage or loss.

SECTION 10‑PRIVACY POLICY

All personal‑data collected through our Services follows our separate Privacy Policy document. As our hosting provider, Shopify also collects and processes user data for platform‑operation and service‑optimisation purposes.

SECTION 11‑FEEDBACK

Whenever you send us ideas, reviews or other user‑generated content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sub‑licensable, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, edit and publicly display that Feedback. We are under no obligation, however, to moderate or retain submitted Feedback; we may remove content judged unlawful, offensive or infringing third‑party intellectual‑property rights.

SECTION 12‑ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Typographical mistakes, factual inaccuracies or omissions may occasionally appear across product descriptions, pricing, promotions, freight charges and stock status. We reserve rights to correct mistakes, update content or cancel orders triggered by erroneous webpage information without advance notice.

SECTION 13‑PROHIBITED USES

You may only utilise our Services for lawful purposes. You are forbidden from engaging in unlawful or malicious conduct, violating local‑international regulations, infringing intellectual‑property rights or harassing other persons. Except for remedies explicitly laid out by Levnira, Services and merchandise are delivered “as‑is” and “as‑available”. We make no express or implied representations or warranties. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or bug‑free website operation.

SECTION 16‑LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To maximum extent permitted under applicable statute, neither Levnira, its directors, staff, affiliates, agents nor licensors shall be responsible for injury, losses, claims, direct‑indirect‑incidental‑consequential damages arising out of your usage of our Services or purchased goods.

SECTION 17‑INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Levnira, Shopify and respective affiliates against all claims including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of third‑party rights.

SECTION 18‑SEVERABILITY

If any clause within these Terms is ruled unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforced to the maximum legally permissible scope; the unenforceable fragment will be severed from remaining text, whose validity stays intact.

SECTION 19‑GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and supplementary service agreements shall be construed under applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China. Upon dispute emergence, parties shall first pursue informal resolution via our support email support@levnira.com for a 30‑day negotiation window. Failing amicable settlement, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts located in Shenzhen, China.

SECTION 20‑WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any contractual right or clause shall not constitute legal waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Levnira and supersede all prior oral‑written understandings.

SECTION 21‑ASSIGNMENT

You cannot delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our contractual rights and obligations without requiring your consent or advance notice.

SECTION 22‑HEADINGS

Article headings serve for reading convenience only; they shall not limit or alter interpretation of substantive clauses.

SECTION 23‑CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may revise, amend or replace sections within these Terms by publishing updated content on this webpage. Your continued platform access after updates go‑live signifies acceptance of revised Terms.
